Fail To Yeild To Pedestrian Fatal Error On Ticket?

I made a right hand turn at an intersection at night and it was raining (no overhead lights at corner) and a pedestrian walked out in front of me. I bumped him and he fell down. He was sent to the hospital to get checked out and released a short time later ( no injuries, broken bones etc.) The police officier wrote up the ticket and wrote the wrong fine amount (error of $65.00)

Is this a fatal error that will kill the ticket if i do not respond after 15 days?

any comments would be appreciated

Give us the actual charge wording, section number, set fine and total payable and I'm sure we can give you a more accurate answer.
