Disobey Sign

On January 14th at 6:04pm I was driving Westbound on Springhurst Ave and turned left at the stop sign to Southbound Dunn Ave.

The Ticket states that I was driving Eastbound on Spronghurst Ave to Southbound Dunn 1 and that I commited the offence of Disobeying Sign.

There is a Stop sign there allowing a turn to Dunn Ave after 6:30pm.

So there is a mistake on the ticket. What is my chance of fighting this? Please get me some direction what to do my Trial date is set for second week of November.

Thanks,

That is not a fatal error, it can be ammended at trial.
