Rolled A Rural Stop Sign

So I am a G2 driver of 8 months, today on my drive home from school in my truck I came to a stop sign where I was turning right, I rolled the stop sign, and when I turned I veered into the oncoming lane a bit to avoid such a sharp turn. I didn't realize further down the road a cop was driving, so he passed me, turned around and pulled me over. Got my 110 dollar fine and 3 points for failure to stop. This was an intersection of 2 rural roads, and my courthouse is in Stratford if that's relevant. This is my first ticket, but it's a pretty blatant error on my part. I don't care about the money, I would just like to avoid the points if possible. Is there anything I can fight or plea or do here?

Just wondering, do all opp cars have dashboard cameras? Because I could claim I stopped and avoided something correct? He was a fsair distance away too
