Making A Left Turn

i got a ticket for failing to stop at a red light while making a left turn at a major intersection.
my car was passed the white lines there was a bus infront of me and the police officer was one car behind me.
i went ahead on an amber light following the bus.
officer pulled me over and said i went on a red light, said i was behind the lines and went on a red light instead. this was impossible for him to determine being one car length behind me.
i have a witness that clearly saw i was crossed the lines.
what are my best options in fighting and winning this in court?
