Fatal Error?

I just got pulled over for running a amber/red light.

The officer wrote down the wrong date on my ticket. "2013" instead of "2014". Would that qualify as a fatal error?

If so, how would I proceed exactly? Any help would be appreciated.

If the Justice of the Peace notices the error the ticket should be quashed. Search the forum for the fatal errors, there's several threads that explain the process and what you need to do (or not do in your case).

Thanks for that Stanton. Will do as you suggested.
