“Improper Use Of High Occupancy Vehicle Lane”

Hi All

I have a ticket for "Improper use of high occupancy vehicle lane".

As unbelievable as it may sound it was early in the morning around 8:00 a.m and the traffic on Don Vally was really bad and I had to use the washroom so I couldn't wait any longer and went on the High Occupany Vehicle lane".

Does anybody know or have a link of any cases that the person win fighting this traffic violation "Improper use of high occupancy vehicle lane".

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
