Wrong Speed Written On Ticket
Hi All,
I have received a ticket that says I was travelling 90 km/h in a 60 km/h zone. However, on my disclosure the office put in his notes that I was travelling @ 86 and my distance was 93.1. Any advice? I know it can be ammended, but, could this be enough to sway a JP to show that the Cop made a fatal error and could have made others?
