40km/h Over In 100km/h

Hello!
I have a G2 license and have a court date set. Would getting my G between now and the court date prevent a 30 day suspension for the 40 over in an 100 zone?

No responses?....to make it more direct, my question is.... with a G2, do they charge you with 4 points and a fine (suspension is automatic when the points are applied to the G2 license) or do they charge you with 4 points, a fine, AND a suspension(suspension is not automatically based on the points in the system, but rather based on the charge)?
