I got ticket exceed 45 km/h. 403 highway @brantford, I have clean record, this is my first time speedy ticket ,that day is foggy day, weather report say visible is 0 that area , apr. 3 morning, I do not know how cop catch 145km/hour, what I can do now, what I can get if go to court, deduct fine or point, thanks

They can only reduce the charge. Whatever fine or points attached to that reduced charge will apply instead. Maybe 29km and 3 demerit points.
