Speeding At 145km/hr Highway 401 Eastbound Near Cobourg

Hello

I got ticket on highway 401 Eastbound near Cobourg. The officer fined me 335$ with 4 demerit points. I’m really confused about the options. Should I go with early resolutions or trial? I’m more concerned about my demerit points. Will this ticket increase my insurance?? Will demrits points affect my insurance?? I’m so confused looking forward to hearing advices.
