Rear-end Collision, Ticket To Lead Car Not The Back Car
On a 50km road, I made a right turn into a plaza from curb lane, slowdown and stop for a upcoming car came out from the plaza, the back of my car was still on road. when I stopped, a car hit me from behind. His car swiped my left-back corner and stopped ahead of my car. Police came, issued a careless driving ticket to me but not him, said I stopped at live lane. It was UNFAIR. During the police investigation, I saw this guy came out from the back of police car and shake hand and said thanks to policeman.
Anyone knows any case, in a rear-end collision, the lead car was ticketed but not the back car??
Thanks
Cathy
