I was recently charged in Quebec with 152 in 100. The fine is $300 something and 5 demerit points. What I am wondering is that do I fight the ticket in QC and say it stays at 50 over does my car and license impounded for 7 days? I basiclly can fight this as a speeding ticket in QC but get away with it not having to go through the 50 over ticket, demerit points of Ontario correct?

The 7 day suspension won't apply, as you weren't charged in Ontario. The speeding charge itself however will result in Ontario applying demerit points (6 points for 50+ over in Ontario). As a G2 driver any 4+ point offence results in a 30 day suspension upon conviction. Therefore I believe if you're found guilty, even in Quebec, your Ontario licence could be suspended.
