Charged With Doing 50 Over In Manitoba

I was charged with going 50 over in Manitoba awhile back while visiting. Can this charge be transferred to Ontario (where I'm from and have my license) therefore making it a speed racing offence?

I really don't think there's an opportunity for reduction because of the speed, but I don't want to get the Speed Racing offence. Although I do question how the officer got that reading as he was tucked behind a car going the opposite direction.

Any help appreciated.

The conviction and applicable demerit points will be visible on your Ontario Driver's Abstract.

What will happen is, if you get convicted, they will not change it to "stunt driving" once it shows on your Ontario abstract. It will be speeding only.
