The exact same thing happened to me today on Hwy 10, just outside of Orangeville, it wasnt until i was right at the bus that the lights came on, and there is no way that I could have stopped before passing the bus. I also think that there is no way that anyone is going to beleive me over a cop. I was wondering if you have made any progress, or could recomend legal help. Maybe we could help each other, I wonder if it was the same cop (since i see the same guy on Hwy 10 everyday on my drive to work), if so, it is now 2 against 1.

The answer to the question is in the legislation. If the lights came on when you were next to the bus - there is no requirement to stop. We handle hundreds of tickets like this and i think you have a chance beating this one.
