Moving School Bus With Flashing Lights

As I was driving a school bus approached me in the oncoming lane. As I was driving I cleared the front bumper of the bus and while I was driving and after I had cleared the front bumper he turned on his red flashing lights while he was still

moving and while we were parallel to each other. After I had cleared the bus he was still moving and then came to a complete stop and put out his STOP sign.

Can I be charged?!?!

It sounds like the driver possibly waited to signal the lights to give you a chance to clear. I wouldn't worry about it.

Are you worried about this or were you charged?

Usually school bus drivers hunk their horn to get the attention of the other drivers if they see some one not stopping when they should.

I am just worried about it cause it of how it happened. He did not honk his horn or anything like that. And I noticed he looked in his rear view mirror to see if I had cleared the bus before he stopped and but his STOP arm put.
