Defective Brakes Does The Owner Of The Vehicle Get The Ticke
My son just got a ticket for defective brakes. He was driving a vehicle owned by me.
Shouldn't the owner of the vehicle be responsible for the car's fitness ?

It's up to the officer. The driver is always responsible for their vehicle....
