I just received a ticket for failing to come to a complete stop at a stop sign, but I feel I did stop fully. I have never had a ticket before and don't fully understand the trial option (option 3) section of the offense notice. The first box says "I intend to appear in court to enter a pleas of not guilty at the time an place set for the trial" which is self explanatory. The second box reads "I intend to challenge the evidence of the Provincial Offenses Offficer. I request that the officer attend the trial."

Do I need to check both boxes?

And when you get to court ask if it is a valid cause of action.

It isn`t and therefore has no standing in a court of law according to common law and Charter of Rights
