Dumb Mistakes, Need Advice

Ok, I made a few dumb moves with regards to my validation sticker. I have a vehicle that has an expired validation sticker from 6 months ago (work has been hard to come by and I'm having a hard time paying for the driveclean fees as well as a few parking fines). we had to junk my wife's car (that was in my name) so I took the validation sticker from that car and put it on mine. Well needless to say, I got pulled over and am now facing some kind of court action, as well as an addition fine for driving with an expired sticker. Can you tell me what fees/actions I'm looking at and any helpful advice would be so appreciated. Also, the officer gave me a ticket for not having my driver's license on me but my wallet was stolen the week before and I tried to show them the record of my license that was sent to me (when they issue the license) but I got the ticket anyway. Thanks for any input you can give me.

Guessing...
Use Validation Not Supplied for Vehicle
Fail to Surrender Licence
Correct?

No validation on plate, use of validation not furnished for vehicle (section 12(1)(e)) and fail to surrender licence.

Although the set fine no longer applies to a charge once it's gone to trial, prosecutors usually still ask for the set fine if they get a conviction, unless there is a record of prior convictions for similar or same offences.
Fail to surrender licence and no validation on plate are each $110 fines. Validation not furnished is a no set fine charge. In my experience, prosecutors in the region I used to work in usually asked for a $200 fine for a first offence.
Remember that this doesn't take into account the possibility of a plea bargain and the effect of a joint submission to the JP as to penalty, based on your limited financial resources.
