Hello everyone. This is my first time on this forum. I hope someone with

knowledge and experience can help me.

I have an Ontario driver's licence. I have been on holidays the last 3 weeks and I got a speeding ticket in New Brunswick and an illegal U-Turn ticket in Montreal while on my way back to Ontario.

If I am convicted in New Brunswick or Montreal - will these convictions be shared with Ontario's Ministry of Transportation and will any points or fines be applied to my Ontario Driver's licence??

I have read what members on this board say and there is alot of experience and knowledge on this forum. Could you please help me with this dilemma, I may have to travel back to Montreal and New Brunwick to fight these tickets.

Thanks,

Owen

Yes they will count and go on your driving record.
