Do I Have Any Chance Beating This Red Light Camera Fine?

It says:
The photograph taken by the red light camera system show the vehicle approached the intersection, at which the signal had displayed red for:
000.4 seconds
and then the vehicle proceeded through the intersection when the lights have been red for
001.2 seconds
It was signed by an officer that the above offense has been committed.

The photos are the evidence aginst you. If photos are clear and support the charge you likely will lose. This charge does not go on your record nor has any demerit points attached. It is offence against the owner of the motor vehicle and not the driver. Usually, on guilty plea, your fine is reduced. There is no need to file this ticket for trial unless photos do not support the alleged offence.

I am taking it to court to reduce the fine
