I was pulled over the other day, and realized I forgot my wallet at home,

that being teh case, the officer provided me with a ticket for not showing my license...

can I go see the first attendent with my license and have that ticket thrown out?

You could try to show them your license, but usually if you already got the ticket, then they wont get rid of the ticket, but just lower your fine.

Theres no points for this ticket. Your best bet is to try to get a lowered fine.

hmmm....

i thought its like not showing that you have valid insurance...

and you can just goto the first attendant, show that you infact have a valid license, and they will just eliminate the ticket...

No its not the same as the no insurance...

Go to first attendance, and plead guilty, then you will go to see the JP and tell the JP you cant afford this ticket (make up a story), and then he will ask you what you can afford, and just tell him $20.

Other than that theres no real way to get this ticket off.
