This is old news. There is way more to this then just what was in the paper and how it came about. I am not of liberty to speak about it!

*********************************************************

There is also part of the definition under the definitions in the stunt section, and wonder how it applies..(coles version)...excemptions to the act...

- fire (while responding to a call)

- EMS (while responding to a call OR transporting a patient)

- Police (while on-duty/lawful execution of our duties)

Why would the Act not be specific like fire and EMS and say must be responding?

Also according to the PSA (Police Service Act) we are on-duty 24/7, until we officially retire.

It will be interesting of the outcome and how it came about.

Like you said, there is more to this then just the charge. I, Joe Public, would like to know the whole story. Just hope we get it.
