Right Of Way-car From Crescent Or A Car From Parking Lot

I live in crescent, & I take left turn on the road connecting to the crescent in the morning. There is a stop sign at the Crescent where it enters the road. However, there is a high rise apartment bldg parking exit to the same road only few meters to the left of the crescent.
Who has the right of way? Since I am already on the public road(crescent), while the other driver has yet to enter the road, don't I have the right of way?
