Pedestrian Right-of-way At Intersection Without Crosswalk
Let's say a pedestrian is walking along a road and comes to an intersection they want to cross. *At the same time*, a car wants to turn off the road the pedestrian is walking along, across the path of the pedestrian's intended crossing, and there is no stop sign.
The pedestrian is basically continuing along the path they're on, albeit crossing at an intersection, while the car is changing from one road or another.
Who has right of way?
Thanks.
