I'm looking for a bike as I need to get into some exercise, I REALLY don't wanna pay too much

so does anyone have any sources for a bike, new or used.

I am worried about buying anything on kijiji, in case it's stolen?

IF so, is there a way I can check before I buy.

Also if anyone on the board has a used bike and wants to part with it, please PM me
