I was recently pulled over for going 80 in a 60, the police car was camping out on private property. After he pulled me over he went back to the same spot, I went back the following night and he's been camping out at the same place since just nabbing people. Does he not need allowance from the owner of that property to sit there and use his radar? i have pictures.

Can an officer sit on private property and give you a ticket for something you did on public roads? Yes.

The issue of being on private property is between the property owner and the officer. It has no bearing on your ticket.

No they do not need permission or allowances or anything else.

If they are asked to leave they have to but it does not invalidate any tickets.
