Difference Between 'o. Reg.' And 'r.r.o. 1990, Reg.'?

On the e-laws site, when I click the plus sign next to the HTA, some articles are titled "R.R.O. 1990, Reg. xxx" and others are titled "O. Reg. xxx/xx". What's the difference? Is there any?
