Medical Review For Alcohol Dependence License Renewal

I am currently doing a medical review for alcohol and was wondering what is involved? do they do urine testing or what is involved? my Dr has filled in some forms and the medical place sent some forms back and he filled those in is there going to be another step? the place didn't ask for any blood or urine tests or anything like that.
