Hi Guy's
Not sure if I can upload a picture, but if not I hope I can describe it.
I've seen on a few modded cars, that the front license plate is mounted offset, from front center, to where the location of the front toe eye would be.
I like the look, but don't wanna get a ticket,
looks like I can, pls see below
Any thoughts

It has to be in a conspicuous position on the front and rear. It doesn't exactly say it has to be centered. Some vehicles, especially with a rear mounted tire, will come from the factory with a rear plate to the side. Examples include a new Jeep Wrangler, late model Jeep Liberty, new Ford Bronco, late model Honda CRV, etc
I mean, I don't see why you couldn't.
REGULATION 628 9. (3) The number plates for a motor vehicle, other than a motorcycle or a motor assisted bicycle, shall be attached to and exposed in a conspicuous position on the front and rear of the motor vehicle. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 628, s. 9 (3).

Hey Bend,
I should have googled this LOL, apparently already been discussed
"The OHTA states that it must be attached in a conspicuous place...the wording goes like this.....Every number plate shall be kept free from dirt and obstruction and shall be affixed so that the entire number plate, including the numbers, is plainly visible at all times....."
I think I'll be ok, I know some things have specific measurements, wasn't sure about plates.
Txs man !
