Penalty Driving Vehicle Permit Suspended/cancelled - Sec 51
Every person who drives a motor vehicle the permit for which is under suspension or has been cancelled is guilty of an offence and on conviction is liable to a fine of not less than $200 and not more than $1,000 or to imprisonment for a term of not more than six months, or to both.
