Kids get their jolly doing different things. Speeding has always been one of them. This goes back no less than 50 years. What has changed is car capability & zero tolerance policy . The book will be thrown at them in all likelihood with a severity not even seen for drunk drivers .

Haha, well you never know but highly unlikely in my opinion.

Most people have little tolerance for that amount of speed though. I know if you're doing 55 or sixty over and have a good record you may be able to plea to a 49 over or to the stunt but no suspension. 94 over may not see much mercy.

94 km/h over if convicted... I'm guessing:

- $4000 fine

- 2 year licence suspension

- 3-7 days jail

So yes worse than for a drunk driver who would get a 1 year suspension, some probation and no jail.
