Dashboard Cameras

Does anyone know if Durham Regional Police have dashboard cameras or any type of camera in their police cruisers? I read a newspaper article stating that Toronto Police have cameras in their cruisers and York Region Police are going to start putting cameras in their cruisers. It did not mention anything about Durham Regional Police. I'm curious because I was speeding in Durham Region recently and I sped past a police cruiser. It did not stop me but I am worried that a camera might have gotten down my license plate if there was any camera in the car.

It doesn't work that way. Without a traffic stop there's no way to determine who was driving at the time the vehicle was speeding, so how would the police know who to charge? They can't just charge the owner, except for a select number of offences, speeding not being one of them.
