filed 11b on a 10 months and 26 days case ( disobey sign), but I lost the case, judge said 10 months 26 days minus 2 months processing time, minus 45 days of whatever time ( did not catch clearly), brings the case to within 8 months, she denied the 11b stay.
So who knows what the 45 days refers to ? Any links ?
Thanks to this wonderful site!

i believe that 45 days is what the crown calls, "intake period"
you can read about it in R v. Andrade: http://www.ontariohighwaytrafficact.com/topic3881.html

Another question is: On that day, I pleaded guilty almost at the last minute of the court session, so if I pleaded not guilty, obviously the judge would have to reschedule another court date, say in 2 months, in that case, can I file 11b again? Would that delay be considered constitutional delay? Thanks!
