Quick question - did some searching but didn't find a concrete answer --
If a speeding ticket was issued but the address is clearly incorrect on the ticket, is this ticket still valid? Ie. is it enough to have the ticket thrown out?
I tried to file for a court date but never received notice, only to find out later that a notice was sent out to the incorrect address..
Any quick help is appreciated.

If you missed your court date because of this error then that would be a valid reason to have your case reopened and a new trial date set. I don't know whether it would be enough to have the ticket quashed outright though.

is the reason for mistake yours? i.e you did not update your information?? If not then you may be able to reopen the case. This will have to be done at the court house in person.
