No Redlight/trailers Rear Cmv 62 (24)

Hi all, I received the following ticket: No redlight/trailers rear CMV contrary to the Highway Traffic Act section 62 (24). As I understand, 62 (24) is specifically for a trailer, or another object being towed, which I don't even have a hitch on my car. I believe the proper infraction should be 62 (1). I have taken photos of my car, proving that I don't even having a hitch. Would this be considered a fatal error?
Also I have requested for disclosure twice now, and have not received anything. Thanks for the help.
