Wanting To Go To Trial With Early Resolution Meeting Scheduled
I have an early resolution meeting scheduled next week but I have decided that I would rather fight it at trial.
My question is can I just go into the Provincial Offence offices before this meeting and file a Notice to Intention to Appear or do i have to still come in for the Early Resolution, listen to Prosecutor and then request a trial?
