Speed traps move to enforce the speed limit on Edinburgh or College. Generally, I see a cop either on College Ave. East of the intersection, or a trap just North of the intersection on Edinburgh. When I talked to the officer, he said that they were primarily targeting those going 70 or over (speed limit on both streets is 50). Multiple sightings in the past 2 months.
So, just keep that needle under 60 and you'll be fine.
