Wife Charge With Hta 27(1)(b) Using My Accessiblity Permit.
My wife just got the summons for displaying my permit by mistake (not in a handicapped spot) .
The permit was confiscated and charged.
It is always in the windshield as I ALWAYS drive but she drove and forgot to take it down.
Anyways that is noise.
here are the questions
-if convicted does she lose points (ie insurance gets contacted)?
-what really determines the fine dollar amount?
-what would be the best approach in court?(pleading ignorance?,begging forgiveness)
Myself and my 2 children all are afflicted with this handicap and this has proved to be a challenge to our mobility since the permit was lost
Thank you for your time
