Question On Being Questioned By The Police At Home
I did post this ages ago, and didnt really get a solid answer,
It came up again at a party where somone had the self same experience as me, cops at the door asking about somone else who was not at home.
Then that person home owner was asked there name and DOB.
I have watched some video since, and if your driving, engaging in any restricted activity or suspected of committing some offence you have to ID
But standing in the door in slippers at 4pm in the afternoon with kids running around the house, your obviously not a burgler, are you also not allowed to rat your wife/husband out to the police ?
I thought somewhere I heard that a wife/husband cant testify against each other.
I get it sometimes it not worth the agro, but can I tell an LEO to go pound sand in that circumstance or ask for a supervisor ?
Thanks
* NO you cant touch your phone
* Speeding is speeding
* Challenge every ticket
* Impaired driving, you should be locked up UNDER the jail
