Speeding - 115km/hr In A Posted 60km/hr Zone

Unread post by newfiejay777 »

My name is *edited by forum* On the 16th of November, 2012 i was charged with speeding - 115km/hr in a posted 60km/hr zone. This was on The Gore Rd at Mill Lane. Instead of towing my car and taking my license the officer gave me a ticket to appear in court. This is the first time I got pulled over for speeding and I don't know what to do. Any help and advice would be really appreactied.

Hi Jamie,

It appears that you are facing a serious charge of stunt driving. This could have some very serious consequences for your financial future and your ability to get insurance for any vehicle you may ever drive.

For this reason, and I think a lot of people will echo my advice, I very much recommend you seek legal advice in the form of a traffic specialist like X-Copper or any some other company like it.

Good luck.

I would say you count your lucky stars because I am going to guess you got charged with the speeding only and not the Stunt because you said your car wasn't towed. If you are charged with stunt the office SHALL impound your vehicle.
