“Accidently Passed School Bus”

I ended up accidentally passing a school bus, it was a 4 lane road, i turned right onto that road and there was a car with its ebrakes on, i derped and merged onto the left lane and passed a school bus on the other side of the road by the shoulder, I realized what I did as I passed by the bus.

A driver, not the school bus driver eventually followed me and took a picture of my plate, would I be charged even though the school bus driver did not take my plate down? I'm assuming that the other citizen is filing a report or something like that.

Any help would be appreciated, never gotten a ticket before and I unfortunately went full retard today
