Question About Driver Abstract And Lowered Ticket
I need a clean drivers abstract for a job so before I pay for one that might be *dirty, I thought I'd ask...
I recently got a ticket for using a hand held device while driving, even though it was a bogus ticket. Anyway, I showed up to court and they automatically lowered it from $155 to $60 or $80 (can't remember because with taxes I think it ended up being in the $80 range). I also can't recall what the heck she said the new charge was.. something about distracted while stopped or some bullcrap!?
So my question is, will that make my drivers abstract *dirty? (note: haven't done anything else in the past 3 years that would be on there)
Thanks in advance for your help!
Re: Question About Driver Abstract And Lowered Ticket
Any HTA conviction, regardless of fine, will show on your abstract. I'm not sure what you actually plead guilty to, but it will be on your abstract.
