Also, since my ticket was for a fail to stop at stop sign, im entering university next year and will be strained for time, what do you think my chances are for having a successful 11b motion?

Luckily for me right? Nonetheless, Im still scared it got lost in the mail, can i call them to ask for any updates on my court date? Or would i have to go in person?

Markham Rd East Courthouse
Anyone know how backed this courthouse is? I submitted my ticket for trial at the end of August, and still no letter. Im scared it got lost in the mail, can i call the courthouse and find out my courtdate? Or would i have to go in personally?
