Pursuit Rating Of Non-domestic Vehicles

Are any non-domestic vehicles "pursuit-rated" in North America? Also have the Michigan State Police (this is relevant because apparently they have the most accepted selection/testing process) tested any of them to see if they meet their criteria? Just curious...

If this isn't pursuit rated I don't know what would be:
I think there's a drip tray for the LEO's Timmies in the cup holder for those "quick trips".

So, whoever want to sell to the cops has to have the vehicles evaluated then the divisions order them....
