I am considering a Charter application for unreasonable search arising from a routine speeding ticket.

Any suggestion on where I can find "sample" applications ?

Were you charged with anything other than a Highway Traffic Act violation?

Many searches can fall under complelety different acts and regulations than originally stopped for. (LLA, FWCA, CDSA, CC, etc..) which again will not be part of this forum.

Not sure about the sample application, but sounds like you need to file a form 04F - Notice of Constitutional Question.
