Motion For Stay- Inadequate Disclosure
Hi
I wanted to make a motion of stay in the court due to inadequate disclosure.
I thought I can make it when I go to the trial. But I was just reading Ticket Combat website and came to know that for any motion of stay, I need to apply 15 days before the court. Form 4F, Factum and Affidivit.
What is the procedure. I don't have 15 days left. Is it still possible to apply for an stay in the court at the time of trial or can I just ask for an adjornment now based on inadequate disclosure.
i have the same question as disclosier was faxed to me on January 15 and my trial is January 27th?
Re: Motion For Stay- Inadequate Disclosure
any thoughts or guidelines for this? can a stay be done day of trial or is it absolutely necessary to do the 15 day thing??
TIA
