I am confused as to the address I need to mail my disclosure request to...

My offense number starts with 4961 and is not listed below.

My court however is the Richmond Hill court which isn't listed there. The address for the Richmond Hill court is:

Do I just mail my disclosure request to the above address? Is there a special office I need to address my letter to? i.e Prosecutor's Office Ontario Court of Justice Richmond Hill Court etc etc. or would the above address be fine?

I want to ensure they receive my request. Thanks for the help.
