Disclosure
My son received a failing to stop ticket...although he said he stopped. He did not see the cop until he cop appeared out of nowhere in his rear view mirror. The area was dark and there were no street lights. We are fighting the ticket and asking for a trial. When do we ask for the disclosure and how do we use this??

Re: Disclosure
- other members will need to know the offence (ie: Disobey stop sign fail to stop, red light fail to stop, fail to stop for police, disobey sign)
so advise of act and section number
- if at intersection require road names
- then one of the mods will have to move the topic to the appropriate topic location

Re: Disclosure
You can request disclosure after you have filed your notice of intention to appear. As part of your disclosure request you should indicate next date for your court appearance (you may also wait until you receive a notice of trial and request it then).
