“Driving At 100 Km In The Left Lane”

I've been told that it is illegal to drive at 100 km/h (speed limit) in the left lane because left lane is a designated a passing lane.

The question is, if i can't drive in it at 100 km/h and i can't go over 100 km/h which rule of the law do i follow?

I am asking wut the rule of the law is and not someone's opinion.

everyone is suppose to be doing 100 no matter what lane you are traveling at, but people sorta made that rule to them selfs that the left lane are for speeding who are doing more than 100, if you are doing 100, drive on the right on middle lane.

It's in the HTA. You must drive in the RIGHT lane except to pass. It's one of the best sections of the act. The left lane IS a passing lane only (regardless of speed limit). Drive in the left lane for no good reason in Germany and you'll be charged immediately and aggressively. THEY know how to handle multi-lane expressways, with or without speed limits
