“141 In A 100 Zone”

Hey guys I got caught on the 401 Eastbound collectors by morningside...at 141km/h. Officer reduced to 130 and said its 4 demerit points. My parents neighbours have an xcopper type business. They said $350 plus HST and most probably I wont get any demrit points and have to pay at most $60.

Should I file for a trial myself and speak to the prosecutor? Will the prosecutor spare me the demrit points? if so i dont mind paying the fine set at $220 I believe.

For someone to get you no points and a $60 fine on a 41 over they'd have to get it reduced to 15 over. In my opinion that's almost inconceivable, even if you have a clean record.
